Emergency water extraction
Standing water is pumped and extracted first, so less of it soaks into floors and walls and the drying goes faster.
Seattle & the Eastside

Our services
A supply line under the sink, a washing machine hose, a shower leaking into the ceiling below, a roof leak after a storm. Water spreads into walls, floors and cabinets fast. The sooner it is extracted and dried, the less has to be torn out. We bring the equipment, the crew and the materials.
Standing water is pumped and extracted first, so less of it soaks into floors and walls and the drying goes faster.
Dehumidifiers and air movers placed by a moisture map. We take readings on every visit until the materials are dry to standard.
Wet pad, insulation, swollen board and drywall that cannot be saved come out, so the structure behind them can dry.
Drywall, tile, cabinets, trim and paint, matched to the rest of the home. No second contractor and no gap between drying and repair.
Notes, photos, video and moisture readings at every stage, kept on our own servers for at least five years.
Apartments and rental units: neighboring units checked, residents informed, units back to rent sooner.
What to do right now
Protect yourself first. Only do what is safe for you.
Our process
Restoration is a sequence. Skip a step and the problem comes back as mold, swelling or odor. The full process, step by step ↗
Stop the source, inspect and map where the water went. Everything is documented from the first visit.
Remove standing water and the materials that cannot be saved.
Dehumidifiers and air movers, with readings on every visit until the dry standard is met.
Drywall, tile, cabinets, trim and paint. The room is handed back clean.
From wet to finished
Mold can start growing within 24 to 48 hours, so drying starts first. Then the damaged materials come out and the room is rebuilt and handed back clean. What happens if you wait ↗
Why NW Build Pro
For homeowners and for property managers who need units back fast.
Extraction, drying and the rebuild by one team. One project manager answers for the whole job, so you do not manage several vendors.
Our team includes an IICRC-certified technician in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying (IICRC registrant #70236374).
Written notes, photos and video of the whole process, with moisture readings, kept on our own servers for at least five years.
We protect what is not damaged, respect your home and your residents, follow building rules and clean up after ourselves every day.
Insurance
We document the damage and each stage of the work with written notes, photos, video and moisture readings, and we work directly with your adjuster. You get a clear record of what happened and what was done.
Not going through insurance? We give a clear written scope and price before work starts.
Water damage resources
Plain-language guides to what happens after water damage and what to ask before work begins.

From the first call to the last coat of paint: what each stage is for and why it cannot be skipped.

Mold, swelling, odors and hidden rot: what a “small leak” turns into when it is left to dry on its own.

Where the water came from decides what can be saved and how the room has to be cleaned.

Leaks in multifamily buildings move between units. How to limit the damage, keep residents informed and get the unit back to rent.
Water damage questions
It depends on how much water there was, what got wet and how long it sat. Many jobs need several days of drying. We check moisture readings on every visit and remove the equipment when the materials are dry, not on a fixed schedule.
Often yes, when the leak is clean water and limited to a room or two. Stay out of rooms with sagging ceilings, keep away from wet electrical outlets and fixtures, and keep people and pets away from sewage or flood water until it is cleaned.
Stop the source first if you can, for example the supply valve to the bathroom or appliance above. Then call us. We find where the water went, dry the ceiling and wall cavities, and repair the drywall and paint.
That depends on your policy and on what caused the damage. Many policies treat sudden damage differently from a long-term leak. We document the damage and every stage of the work with photos, video and moisture readings, and work directly with your adjuster. We never promise what a claim will pay.
Both. Extraction, structural drying, removal of damaged materials and the full rebuild are done by our own team, with one project manager responsible for the whole job.
Fast, measured drying is the best way to prevent mold. If we find mold on materials we are already removing, it goes out with them. If there is a larger mold problem, we will tell you up front and explain what it needs.
