Information you share
When you send an estimate request, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, project city, optional project address and topic, type of work and project description. Please share only information needed to discuss your project. You can also contact us directly by telephone or email.
How we use it
NW Build Pro LLC uses your inquiry to respond, discuss the work you are considering, prepare an estimate and maintain relevant project correspondence. Sending a request does not enroll you in a marketing newsletter.
Form processing and hosting
Our inquiry forms send your information over HTTPS to a Supabase-hosted lead intake service used to process project inquiries. It also sends the page address, a website source label and the NW Build Pro brand identifier so the inquiry can be identified. Hosting, form processing and email providers may process information necessary to deliver these services. Server logs may include technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request times.
Cookies and analytics
Optional analytics are currently disabled. No analytics services are loaded. Infrastructure providers may keep operational logs.
Retention and access
We keep inquiry and project information as needed to respond to your request, manage related work and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or request deletion, contact nwbuildpro@gmail.com. Please identify your inquiry without sending sensitive documents. Some records may need to be retained for existing projects or required recordkeeping.
Security and external services
We use an HTTPS form endpoint to transmit inquiries. No online transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. If you follow a link to another website, that website’s privacy practices apply.
