Start with the parts of home that get in your way
Maybe the living room has nowhere for storage. Maybe the bedroom finishes belong to a different decade from the rest of the house. Or perhaps you are ready to remodel several rooms at once. Start with what you want to change about living there, then decide which rooms and details belong in the project.
NW Build Pro LLC brings demolition, framing, drywall, tile, carpentry, cabinets, painting and finishing into one remodeling scope. We have worked under the same name for 7+ years and are licensed, insured and bonded. We serve homeowners in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Newcastle, Bothell and Seattle.
Connect the work across rooms
A whole-home remodel needs decisions that carry from one room into the next. Think about trim profiles, wall colors, cabinet finishes and the places where materials meet. A new finish can look right on its own and still feel out of place beside something you plan to keep. Bring those existing details into the conversation early.
Our interior work can include framing changes within the agreed scope, drywall, tile, cabinet installation and finish carpentry. We install factory and stock cabinet lines and fit them on site. For painting, we use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore. You can start with a room-by-room list, then identify the choices that should stay consistent throughout the home.
A team for work that crosses trades
An interior renovation often reaches beyond a single specialty. Removing a feature can leave framing to adjust, drywall to finish and trim and paint to bring together. Our team includes around 20 craftspeople across different trades, a project manager, and our own drivers and material delivery. Our crews handle several projects at a time.
For your home, discuss the sequence and access room by room. Which spaces can be cleared? What needs to remain usable? Are there pieces of cabinetry or existing finishes you want to preserve? These details help define the work as a connected project rather than a list of unrelated updates.
Plan the remodel around the household
Begin with a free consultation and estimate. Next, work through the plan and materials before construction starts. If you want to change a wall or opening, make it a specific planning question; the finished appearance alone does not tell you what is behind it. Identify any related questions that need to be resolved before settling the construction scope.
Think about the practical side as well: furniture, belongings, pathways and where the household will spend time during work. If you are considering stages, discuss how one phase will connect to the next, especially where finishes continue across rooms. At handoff, walk through the finished spaces and their transitions. Send your city, the rooms involved and your priorities to start a free consultation.
