Look at the whole house, then the details
An exterior update begins with what you see when you arrive home. It may be a tired facade, an entry that feels disconnected or several finishes that no longer work together. Step back and look at the entire elevation before deciding what to change. The proportions and the relationship between materials matter as much as a new color.
NW Build Pro LLC offers facade and exterior remodeling across Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Newcastle, Bothell and Seattle. We have worked under one name for 7+ years and are licensed, insured and bonded. Tell us whether the goal is a visual refresh, work on a particular area or an exterior update connected to a larger remodel.
Define what the exterior work includes
The scope can bring together removal, framing, carpentry, painting and exterior finishing as needed for the agreed project. Start by identifying the surfaces to keep and the areas to change. Look closely at trim, corners and the connections around the entry. These are places where a new material or finish has to meet the existing house.
We use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore for painting work. Bring color ideas and photos of the home in daylight, including wide views and closer views of specific concerns. A finish sample is easier to judge when you can consider it beside the surfaces that will remain. Choosing the paint color is one decision; defining the preparation and included work is another.
Make the first conversation useful
Tell us what you have noticed about the exterior, including damaged-looking areas or changes since you first started thinking about the project. Photos help explain the concern, but they do not show everything beneath a surface. Ask what can be assessed initially and what might need closer review as the scope takes shape.
Also consider access around the home. Narrow side yards, planted areas, entry paths and places for material delivery should be part of planning. Our team includes around 20 craftspeople across trades, with a project manager and our own drivers and delivery. That gives the work a team behind it, from materials arriving to the finish details.
From consultation to a finished exterior
Start with a free consultation, followed by an estimate for the proposed work. Review the plan and material selections before construction. Discuss the sequence, how weather could affect the work and which parts of the entry or surrounding areas will need access. The project should be defined around your actual house and the changes you want.
During work, any newly exposed conditions need to be considered alongside that scope. At handoff, look at the full elevation as well as the close details: transitions, trim and painted surfaces. If an addition or terrace is also part of your plans, mention it at the start so the exterior conversation includes those connections. Call or send your project details for a free estimate.
